We were approached by our Architects on behalf of their client to increase the parking capacity and, if possible, the number of office levels for a building planned in the Cape Town CBD. This was a relatively small 30m x 35m site (1,050m²), with only one entrance/exit in a side street.

Their current plans provided for the following:

  • 12 office levels;
  • Total parking for 223 vehicles, consisting of:
    • 2 x basement parking levels;
    • 8 x above-ground parking levels.
