While automated parking technology suits a large number of potential projects, our passion has always been to integrate this technology into strategically-located Mixed-Use Intermodal Projects, where Park-and-Ride, public transport, road and rail merge to create an up-market commercial, retail and residential development meeting the needs of commuters and tenants (see our De Grendel Mixed-Use project proposal on the left).
Compu-Park SA offers a multitude of automated parking solutions: from simple hydraulic systems to fully-automated high-capacity systems. We can also develop high-capacity automated parking solutions in high-density residential suburbs where adequate parking is lacking, thereby providing residents with safe parking and an incentive to utilize public transport (see our Vredehoek and Clifton project proposals on the left and right).
