High-Density Parking, Clifton 4th Beach, Cape Town:
The City of Cape Town currently owns several parking properties which are underutilized. We presented them with the following proposal:
Private Parking, Clifton 4th Beach:
- Parking for ±90 vehicles (an increase from 55) and 250m² automated storage in an area of only ±850m²;
- Released for development: ±1,700m² of prime land, valued at ±R45 million (2014).
Project Value: ±R150 million
As at February 2018, the Clifton site and a large tract of adjacent land have been sold to a private developer.
