We are seeking open-minded, tech-focussed investors keen to become involved in:
- Pilot Project to showcase our patented technology, consisting of the following:
- Mixed-use structure: retail on Ground, automated parking for 20-30 vehicles (unique modular technology/Vertical Vehicle Conveyor/AGVs) and residential and/or offices on top.
- After the Pilot Project:
- Conclude a Technology Transfer Agreement with our international technology partner.
- The above will prove valuable for future mixed-use Park-and-Ride developments throughout South Africa (see our De Grendel Mixed-Use project on the left).
